Situated in the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, near the Derwent Reservoir, our 3 bedroom stone cottage has amazing views from every window. To make the most of its stunning position on the edge of the Edmundbyres Common, the cottage features upstairs living accommodation and downstairs bedrooms. The cottage is ideal for a family or a group of six seeking a refreshing escape to the northern countryside – or a couple looking for a cosy, romantic hideaway.

Hepple Hill Cottage is located in the historic village of Edmundbyres on the Northumberland and Durham border in the North Pennines AONB. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and relatively undiscovered, Edmundbyres is just a few miles from the picture postcard village of Blanchland – home to one of the oldest pubs in England.
Edmundbyres has very good road links – so many of the North East’s must see destinations are easily accessible. It is an excellent base for touring the region.
